About This Spot

Stepping into Crocodile Rocks is like slipping into the heartbeat of Myrtle Beach after dark — vibrant, inviting, and just a little bit electric. From the moment you cross the threshold at 1318 Celebrity Circle, you’re embraced by a buzz of friendly chatter and the bright, rhythmic play of dueling pianos that set the tone for an evening that’s as much about connection as it is about music.

This lively piano and cocktail bar strikes a remarkable balance between high-energy and ease. There's a certain warmth in the air, a feeling that everyone here is part of a shared, joyful ritual. The pace moves with the music: spontaneous sing-alongs, playful banter between performers and guests, and the steady clink of glasses that frame the night. It's the kind of place where laughter flows easily, and you find yourself lingering just a little longer, drawn into the communal spirit.

The drinks usher you through the mood seamlessly. Whether it’s a classic Dirty Martini, a sun-soaked Orange Crush, or one of the bar’s inventive “Rhythm & Booze” cocktails layered with tropical flavors, each sip feels like a small celebration. The casual menu complements the ambiance — perfect for nibbling between songs, with playful highlights like Crocodile Bites and jelloshots adding a splash of mischievous fun rather than formal dining formality.

What really sets Crocodile Rocks apart is its sense of human moments — the quick-witted quips from the piano players, the attentiveness of the staff who ensure your drink never runs dry, and the mingling of locals and visitors caught up in an unexpectedly lively escape. It’s a spot where even those not typically drawn to music find themselves hooked, and where groups come alive in shared song and stories.

As the night deepens, the space pulses with a collective energy that feels both spontaneous and warmly familiar. Seating options create a cozy intimacy on the lower level, perfect for those who want to soak in the full experience, while the upbeat crowd on the main floor invites you to join in or simply watch the night unfold.

In every sense, Crocodile Rocks is more than just a bar — it’s a local stage for stories, laughs, and the kind of memories that make a visit to Myrtle Beach linger long after the music fades.

We had an absolutely amazing time here last night. The dueling pianos were awesome, our server Olivia was on top of drinks, food and jokes, and the manager Micah went above and beyond. We will definitely be back for more enjoyable music and laughs.

This place was so much fun! We went close to the end of our trip, my husband wasn't overly thrilled with the town but after coming here he wants to plan another trip just to come back to crocodile rocks. The piano players were amazing and so entertaining. We didn't anticipate having as much fun as we did and we will definitely be back!

Great spot for music and drinks. Late hours for the night crowd. Drink prices were good. We saw a cover charge of $5/pp one night and $10/pp on a Friday night. The kitchen closed around 11p and we really wanted something to eat to extend our fun.

This place was lots of fun! The entertainment was lively and the audience that was there the night we visited made the evening that much more fun because so many people participated in singing along. This is not the place for a dining experience so don't go for the food. Just go to have a couple of cocktails and fun music. I also recommend that if you can get seated in the lower level as opposed to the upper level, you'll have a better experience. The acoustics upstairs are not as good as downstairs. Have fun!!!

Highly recommend! Not a big music guy but this place is a blast especially if you have a group. This was my second time there and always better than expected. The performers there do an amazing job and we are lucky they do it. Whatever they are making it is probably not enough for the show they put on! They are very talented and it is a great time! Highly recommend!

Super amazing and fun. Drinks were great, talent was phenomenal, vibe was so fun and service was top notch. Highly recommend. Word to the wise though, "requesting" songs is not actually a request, it is just a tip. Don't get me wrong, the pianists FULLY deserve tips and I encourage doing it for that, but please understand they won't actually play what you request. I requested a song with a very high and generous tip (higher than the others I saw on the piano) and was there for 4 hours and NEVER heard it or any reference to the request, saw the tip get taken but request was ignored. Still VERY much worth going and tipping for the fun and talent.

Great experience planning my sisters 70th bday party in the VIP area. Chrissy the coordinator helped us get started with plans. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and Olivia our cocktail waitress was awesome serving all 20 of us. Matt and Mitch were so accommodating and always ready to jump in and answer questions! The entertainment was a blast as usual. There is plenty of room to dance and watch the show. We are very pleased with the professionalism of the entire staff! Definitely recommend the VIP area for parties.

Not for the faint of heart, be prepared to be entertained. Well worth the $10 cover charge. This place is the party and there isn't a stranger anywhere. The most friendly sing a long venue.
